Common Equity Housing Limited (CEHL) is Australia’s largest co-op housing provider and one of the largest community housing providers in Victoria. To support their operational growth and the sustainable expansion of CEHL’s housing portfolio, CEHL identified the need for a portfolio asset strategy (PAS). The intention of the PAS was to provide a thorough assessment of CEHL’s current portfolio, identify objectives for portfolio growth and relevant opportunities, and to develop a framework for assessing future growth opportunities to ensure alignment with CEHL’s strategic and operational objectives. Delivered for Common Equity Housing Limited (CEHL), Bower Insights is developing a Property Asset Strategy Framework to support operational growth and the sustainable expansion of the CEHL housing portfolio.
