Bower Insights submission in response to the Suburban Rail Loop Authority's (SRLA) Structure Plans Engagement program for the Suburban Rail Loop East project focuses on the critical need and opportunity to integrate mechanisms for delivering appropriate housing supply that are aligned to the original vision and objectives of the SRL East project.
We advocate for the embedding of meaningful and lasting housing diversity, adequacy, and affordability mechanisms within the planning framework for the six SRL East precincts: Cheltenham, Clayton, Monash, Glen Waverley, Burwood, and Box Hill. Â
