Delivered in conjunction with Hodyl & Co this development feasibility and economic analysis tested several alternate land use development scenarios across multiple sites within Central Hobart. This commercial analysis has assisted in the review, analysis and assessment of the proposed built form controls in the Central Hobart Plan.
The final synthesis report focused on assessing the commercial and economic benefits of the proposed controls and where required summarise key findings and provide recommendations regarding the potential refinement and effective implementation of the Central Hobart Plan.
