Bower Insights supported our client to establish as a Tier 3 registered Community Housing Provider  in New South Wales. This scope includes establishing a new not-for-profit entity and registering with the national regulator (NRSCH and ACNC), as well as the development of all policies and procedures suitable for operating such an organisation.


Scope of Works:
  • Review and development of policies and procedures to align with best practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Engagement with housing registrar to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Provision of advisory services on the establishment of the board of management, corporate structure, business plan and growth strategy.
  • Support in completing NRSCH and ACNC registrations.
