Merri-bek Affordable Housing (MAH) is an independent, mission-driven entity established by Merri-bek Council and strategically aligned with the City of Merri-bek’s objectives to expand the supply of affordable housing. Its role is to act as a dedicated enabler, facilitator, and broker of affordable housing outcomes that respond directly to local needs. Bower Insights has been engaged to develop a business case which demonstrates and quantifies the benefit that MAH provides, advocating for its ongoing support to enable the continued facilitation of affordable housing delivery.
