
Bower Insights provided strategic program and project development services for a mixed-use redevelopment at Mt Waverley. Strategically located opposite Mt Waverley train station, the project aims to deliver a high-density residential and retail precinct supported by the Victorian Government’s Development Facilitation Program.
Our role included defining the procurement strategy and managing the engagement of planning, design, and technical consultants to support the planning application. We also led the procurement of market data and commercial inputs, and conducted targeted market sounding to identify potential build-to-rent operators and affordable housing funding partners.
In addition to coordinating site due diligence and stakeholder engagement with Monash City Council and the Department of Transport and Planning, we provided commercial advisory on development staging, cost planning, and the negotiation of consultant scopes, payment terms, and milestone structures aligned with funding approvals and delivery timelines.
