Bower Insights team members were engaged by HousingFirst to provide strategic advisory, program support, and transaction management services for the delivery of a new social housing development at Noble Park. The project, located on surplus land owned by the Victorian Government’s Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), is being delivered in partnership with Cedar Woods Properties and will deliver 97 high-quality social housing dwellings adjacent to the Noble Park train station.
