
Bower Insights resources provided services to support the University of Western Australia (UWA) in advancing the redevelopment of its Park Avenue site through the preparation of a strategic business case and masterplan update. The project followed on from the earlier Land Asset Development program that had been undertaken for UWA, and aimed to establish the highest and best use of the Park Avenue site to inform rezoning and future development pathways.
Our thorough and evidence-based approach ensured the business case provided a robust foundation for rezoning advocacy and future investment decisions.
