Blacktown City Council has partnered with the Australian Catholic University (ACU) to procure two campus buildings in the Blacktown CBD, enabling the development of a $300m shared campus precinct.
Bower Insights staff supported the development of the Vision and Value Proposition for the campus precinct, and have provided a range of services in its implementation. Our staff have now been engaged to provide commercial transaction advice to each party individually and advise on a preferred commercial arrangement between the parties and potential third-party investor/developer.
